Legal Mind Ajit Kumar is a practicing lawyer and a certified Mediator.  He has been handling court litigations in various fields of civil, corporate and Arbitration law for about two decades. Mr. Kumar has expertise in rent law and has been known for getting eviction in several high value commercial tenancies in posh areas of Delhi/New Delhi.

He has taken a lead in mediation and till date has already done successful mediation in more than 300 cases of matrimonial/commercial disputes in court annexed and pre litigative private mediation. He being certified mediator under MCPC (Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee) under the aegis of Supreme Court of India continues to carry out private mediation under judicial recognized system of Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR).
